About
I’m an information strategist focused on how organizations structure, manage, and use information.
My work centers on knowledge systems, information architecture, and governance—helping teams move from scattered, hard-to-use content toward systems that are clear, consistent, and built to last.
I’m interested in the structures behind information—how it’s organized, how it’s found, and how it shapes what people understand and do.
Too often, information systems grow organically without clear structure or ownership. The result is fragmentation, duplication, and friction.
I focus on designing systems that:
-
make information easier to find and use
-
support consistency and long-term governance
-
prioritize accessibility and inclusive design
-
scale with the organization, rather than breaking under it
My background in archives, digital content, and education informs this work, but my focus today is on helping organizations think more intentionally about how their information works.
My work spans digital libraries, internal knowledge systems, and large-scale content and event initiatives.
Earlier in my career, I worked in academia as an archivist and educator, where I taught research and digital literacy and supported access to historical collections.
